Surge: A Game of Balanced Builds

Surge is a project being developed by students at Warren Tech's 3to1 Apprenticeship Games Studio. The Game is a casual 1V1 card game where each player selects a class, each with its own deck, to fight the opponent. Estimated game time is ~30 minutes. 

Components:
2x D6
8x clips for Stat and HP trackers (paper clips work)
1x for each class:
1x Stat Tracker Card
1x HP Tracker
1x Deck - 2 copies of all 15 cards
